Its objective is the satisfaction of our customers. Our company is IFS food certified, which guarantees food safety and production quality.
Because the quality of our products depends above all on the quality of our raw material, LOYEZ WOESSEN is very attentive to its origin. To obtain good butter, the cows have access to pasture as soon as the climate allows it.
Producers limit the number of animals on farms and focus on animal welfare. The organic farming certification, obtained in 2018, goes in this direction. It guarantees a diet mainly composed of grasses and fodder without chemicals or genetically modified organism. This certification is part of a sustainable development approach.
Arrived at Loyez Woessen after 14 years in retail, I am responsible for developing sales of our national brands with large retailers. Field-oriented, I am in constant contact with the decision-makers in stores in order to increase the ownership of our brands and their visibility, in particular through commercial operations, events, trade fairs... but also to establish a relationship of trust. and win/win partnerships. I am also in charge of the various communication channels at Loyez Woessen (website, brochure, relationship with communication agencies, etc.)

I will be present at the PLMA in Chicago on the French Pavillion in the North Hall with stand 1924 and look forward meeting you in due course. I had the chance to join Loyez Woessen at the beginning of 2021 after 15 years in the agri-food sector, in different fields and levels of responsibility. I am in charge of all operational services (quality, production, logistics, maintenance & new works), transport and packaging purchases. I support the entire team in order to meet the expectations of our current customers and our new developments, in a continuous logic of improvement and the search for excellence.

With more than 25 years of experience in the food industry, I also manage the flow of finished products and packaging based on sales forecasts in order to optimize the company's quantities and costs. I am also responsible for the logistics department at Loyez Woessen. My priorities are customer satisfaction and business performance.

I have been responsible for Quality Assurance and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and regulations at LW for more than 20 years. Responsible for the HACCP, Food Defense, Food Fraud and Food Safety Culture teams, I ensure the quality and food safety of our products. In regular contact with the quality managers of our distributors, I always listen to their requests.

I am responsible for the development of paper, cardboard and new packaging. Our customers are increasingly sensitive to the ecological character of their products. I therefore monitor innovation with our suppliers in order to be able to offer them packaging that meets their expectations. Versatile, I also work in the quality department, in collaboration with Sophie Vallé, and ensure the proper application of quality procedures in production.

I have been a Sales Assistant for 20 years in the sales team. I am in charge of Hard Discount customers and some of the GMS customers, from their creation to the delivery of the products, including listening to and supporting the customer. Customer satisfaction is our main goal. I am also in charge of Raw Materials Supply and Logistics, in direct contact with international suppliers.
