Arrived at Loyez Woessen after 14 years in retail, I am responsible for developing sales of our national brands with large retailers. Field-oriented, I am in constant contact with the decision-makers in stores in order to increase the ownership of our brands and their visibility, in particular through commercial operations, events, trade fairs... but also to establish a relationship of trust. and win/win partnerships. I am also in charge of the various communication channels at Loyez Woessen (website, brochure, relationship with communication agencies, etc.)

I had the chance to join Loyez Woessen at the beginning of 2021 after 15 years in the agri-food sector, in different fields and levels of responsibility. I am in charge of all operational services (quality, production, logistics, maintenance & new works), transport and packaging purchases. I support the entire team in order to meet the expectations of our current customers and our new developments, in a continuous logic of improvement and the search for excellence.

I am responsible for the sourcing of raw materials for the group and have extensive experience in international sourcing.

Since 2018, I have been the administrative and financial manager of the group. I report to the CEO and am in charge of management control, the budget process, reporting and the information system. I manage the accounting team.

I am the manager of the Carquefou site and as such, I am in charge of organizing and planning production in close collaboration with my team leaders, as well as developing and improving our manufacturing process.

I am production manager and as such, I ensure that my teams produce what is planned in the schedule, in quantity, quality and in compliance with standards (customers, economic, environmental, etc.). I am in charge of the management and planning of the production teams, their skills development to optimize versatility in the teams. I am the referent of temp agencies. I am also responsible for deploying new projects in production and training the teams for them.

I take care of the maintenance of the equipment. I participate in troubleshooting when necessary but also in the design of new installations, as well as their organization.

I am the interface between production and the sales department. I define production orders in compliance with cost, quality and deadline constraints. With more than 25 years of experience in the food industry, I also manage the flow of finished products and packaging based on sales forecasts in order to optimize the company's quantities and costs. I am also responsible for the logistics department at Loyez Woessen. My priorities are customer satisfaction and business performance.

In parallel with my duties as administrative and financial assistant, I am in charge of the company's integrated IT system (user assistance and training, EDI, implementation of new projects), supported by our external service providers.

I am in customer and supplier accounting as well as in the administrative department of Charrier. This position requires consistency and rigor in order to ensure a good relationship with the various departments and good monitoring of accounts.

I have been responsible for Quality Assurance and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and regulations at LW for more than 20 years. Responsible for the HACCP, Food Defense, Food Fraud and Food Safety Culture teams, I ensure the quality and food safety of our products. In regular contact with the quality managers of our distributors, I always listen to their requests.

I am responsible for the development of paper, cardboard and new packaging. Our customers are increasingly sensitive to the ecological character of their products. I therefore monitor innovation with our suppliers in order to be able to offer them packaging that meets their expectations. Versatile, I also work in the quality department, in collaboration with Sophie Vallé, and ensure the proper application of quality procedures in production.

I have been a Sales Assistant for 20 years in the sales team. I am in charge of Hard Discount customers and some of the GMS customers, from their creation to the delivery of the products, including listening to and supporting the customer. Customer satisfaction is our main goal. I am also in charge of Raw Materials Supply and Logistics, in direct contact with international suppliers.

I have been in sales administration at Loyez Woessen for 17 years. I am in charge of my customers from the order to the after-sales service, administrative included. I also take care of the transport part. My goal is to organize shipments as well as possible to ensure compliant deliveries to our customers in the best conditions and on time.

I joined the Loyez Woessen sales team 2 years ago as a sales administration assistant. Always listening to my customers and concerned about finding solutions adapted to their needs, I am in contact with the management and the Loyez Woessen teams in order to do everything possible to satisfy them.

Within the Charrier butter factory, I am in charge of managing customer disputes, I report directly to the commercial director and I am supported by several people. I also take care of the packaging of the finished products.

After 7 years working in HR positions in various sectors of activity, I joined Loyez Woessen where I am in charge of the Human Resources management of the sites. As such, I take on personnel administration, recruitment, HR development and payroll assignments. I provide advice to employees and managers on various HR issues.

Under the responsibility of the administrative and financial director, I do the accounting for Loyez Woessen. I am in contact with various internal and external interlocutors, in order to ensure the reliability of the information.

As deputy quality and safety manager, I ensure proper compliance with production procedures by ensuring proper monitoring of daily quality controls in the field. I also contribute to training and raising employee awareness of good practices in food quality and safety. I take care of the management of PPE, monitoring and improvement of 5S in the field, prevention, etc. I am also the company's Health and Safety Representative.

Between maintenance and production, I have been working in the food industry for 30 years. I came to strengthen the CHARRIER team in 2023 as maintenance manager. My mission is to ensure the proper functioning of industrial installations and to maintain the infrastructure in good condition. I am also responsible for planning, managing and monitoring the various new works on the Carquefou site.

I am responsible for the quality system at Charrier. I ensure the quality and safety of our products by ensuring compliance with regulations and the requirements of our customers. I am in contact with our customers' suppliers and quality departments. I also take care of packaging development.

Since August 2023, I have had the opportunity to join the CHARRIER team. As a sales assistant, I am responsible for: - the interface between production and customer needs, with inventory management, - management and monitoring of a customer portfolio (placing orders until customer delivery), - chartering carriers and monitoring deliveries while respecting deadlines.
